Due to the COVID-19 governmental recommendations, staff will be working remotely until further notice. Although the Board will not be taking phone calls at this time, we are still available to assist you. - All forms and applications must be submitted electronically. Those forms that are still submitted via PDF can be downloaded, completed, scanned, and uploaded on the Forms page. The current, interim website, will be replaced with a new website by early 2021, including a portal (account log-in) for each licensee and/or applicant.
This website is the primary resource for information about North Carolina Marriage & Family Therapy Licensure. You are encouraged to review information on the website prior to contacting the Board for information about licensure, renewals, incorporation certificates, licensure status verification, submission of ethical complaints, etc.
